Personal tuition

One of the best ways to start or progress your yoga practice is with personal tuition. Ancient practice was always a sharing between the teacher and the student. Practicing yoga the traditional way, ensures that you receive a tailor made programme, working at a pace that suits you and your individual needs.

So, whether you are a beginner or an advanced ‘yogi’ your personal tutor will help progress you from group practise to self practise!
