YOGA4MUMS provide specific yoga programmes and classes for a number of care centres. We are committed to inspiring health and wellbeing to all areas of the community and yoga is an exercise that is suitable for all age groups and abilities. Our teachers are trained in all areas of special needs and mental health with a sensitive and practical approach. Classes can be taken in small groups or tailored to individual needs.
What about the carers..?
Yoga classes for carers, parents and families
We appreciate the dedicated attention and care that carers, parents and families provide each day. Therefore, we have devised a simple yoga programme that can help relieve physical and mental stress and replenish energy.

'Yoga4mums provides an excellent service for the TreeHouse staff. The majority of participants work with special needs children so the yoga provides an excellent release from the strains and stresses of the day. In addition, TreeHouse is delighted to be the beneficiary of Cathy's fundraising efforts. TreeHouse simply could not exist without voluntary donations and individuals like Cathy make a huge difference in helping transform the lives of children with autism and their families throughout the UK'
