Yoga for Autism, Anxiety and ADHD Taster Workshop

Cathy Underwood, founder of Yoga4mums, is delighted to offer a taster session for those interested in learning yoga and movement therapy practises that help manage agitated states, mood and behaviour for those living on the Autistic spectrum or suffering high levels of stress.
This workshop is ideal for parents, carer’s or teachers looking for ideas to help individuals or groups.
This workshop will explore:
- The stress factor
- Calming and effective breathing techniques
- Yoga and other movement sequences to encourage better posture, joint mobilisation, strength and flexibility
- Deep Touch Pressure – to combat sensory overload and aid relaxation
