Aside from drinking lots of warm tea to see us through the winter months, our practice has focused particularly on strength and flexibility.  I always incorporate a strong standing sequence to warm us up, ground our energy and prepare us for a much deeper stretch during our seated work.

Try this simple 5 minute, standing for strength sequence. Enjoy and remember, be mindful of the breath throughout.
