Welcome to Yoga4mums!
Yoga4mums specialises in yoga classes, workshops and retreats to inspire the health and wellbeing of mum, her family and her community.
Our purpose is to support mum emotionally and physically through the various stages of her life.
Community spirit
At Yoga4mums we believe there is a special empathy and synergy between mothers, which can help strengthen a community. Using our unique yoga programmes, women come together and increase their awareness of health and wellbeing. They begin to interact with likeminded people and start to benefit from the shared experiences. The friendships that begin to blossom, ripple back into the community and a new network of families begin to communicate. Mums have partners, children, family and friends and we extend our services out to them too. It's all about community spirit, so everyone is welcome!
Getting bendy is the new giving back
One of our main objectives is to collaborate with schools, businesses and local charities to encourage help for those less fortunate. Our 'donation classes' are a popular way to get healthy whilst giving back to the community. They also promote a philosophy of good business equals good karma.
5 steps to great health & wellbeing
The key to great health and wellbeing is finding inspiration. For some that comes in the form of a great friendship such as a loving partner, where we learn and share, give and take, love and understand. Just as our mothers' unconditional love would inspire us as children, we now share in the same way with ours. We are forever the student and the teacher. Continually inspired by the World around us, each encounter another opportunity to learn and grow. Yoga4mums are here to inspire.
